Upon retiring from pastoral duties at Queen Street Baptist Church in 2010, Pastor Katie L. Jordan founded Life Touch Ministries (LTM), along with her son, Pat Jordan. Both felt the call and need for establishing a non-profit organization committed to the further realization of the ministry and vision shared by Pastor Katie and her late husband, Elder Andrew Jordan Jr.

The purpose of ministry and assistance is grounded in key attributes which have defined Pastor Jordan's life-long work and legacy across the entire spectrum of individuals, families and communities:
- Integrity - Love and Commitment to a faithful walk and relationship with God
- Empathy - Desire to see The World (all God's Children) through the eyes and mind of Jesus Christ
- Faith - Summoning the will and dedication to do what is right, and obey the leading of The Spirit
- Love - Serve others with compassion, humility, and joy
- Family - Our ministry is family-oriented, both naturally, as well as extensively to others through the kindred Spirit of Love, Care and Goodwill
Life Touch Ministries has been privileged and honored to serve both the local communities in Greenville and Upstate SC, as well as nationally across the country. Ministry areas of service has included preaching and speaking engagements, workshops, music and worship events and gatherings, teaching, life coaching, and various avenues of community service and assistance to churches, organizations, and people across our communities.
